Group Fitness is now hosting online class sign-ups for our most popular offerings: Spinning, Yoga, Cardio Party, Xtreme Fit, and Barre Lean. Registration for sessions for these classes begins 25 hours prior to the specific class time. See the group fitness schedule for details or register now via Rec Connect. Spaces fill extremely quickly, so be sure to be online and ready to sign-up when the registration period opens. Staff Sampler is a variety of Group Exerise Classes that are offered for 10-weeks, twice a week during lunch to help you get your sweat on or zen out.
