Register Online for Select Group Fitness Classes
Group Fitness has online class sign-ups for our most popular offerings: Spinning, Yoga, Cardio Party, Xtreme Fit, and Barre Lean. Registration for sessions for these classes begins 25 hours prior to the specific class time. See the group fitness schedule for details or register now via Rec Connect. Spaces fill extremely quickly, so be sure to be online and ready to sign-up when the registration period opens. Personal Training and GEX Classes Exclusively for FSU Faculty and Staff
Want to get away from work and everything that reminds you of it? You have 2 options as Full-time FSU Faculty/Staff: Start to Fitness is a 10-week small group personal training program that meets twice a week at the Leach to help you meet your personalized fitness goals. Staff Sampler is a variety of group exercise classes that are offered for 10 weeks, twice a week during lunch to help you get your sweat on.
