Current FSU Students, Faculty, and Staff

Participants or members who are FSU students or staff should utilize their FSU login and password to access Rec Connect. Your logins are linked, therefore your Rec Connect login and password cannot be changed.

If your login works for other FSU web services, but not Rec Connect, please contact Member Services Customer Service for assistance. You can also contact Member Services during normal facility hours at 850-644-0548.

If your login is not working for Rec Connect and other FSU web services (Blackboard, my.fsu.edu, etc), please visit the FSU ITS Login Help page or contact the FSU ITS Service Desk at 850-644-HELP for assistance.

Members Not Directly Affiliated with FSU

Members who are not FSU students or staff (those without an FSU login) should contact Member Services Customer Service to request a Rec Connect account be activated for their use. You can also contact Member Services during normal facility hours at 850-644-0548 for assistance. Your login will be connected to your membership to allow to register for member-only programs and services.

Participants Not Affiliated with FSU

Participants or members who are not FSU students or staff (those without an FSU login) should sign-up for a Rec Connect account   to register online. Account creation is a two-step process in which you must confirm the account from an email sent after you sign-up. Once you have an account, you can register online in Rec Connect for select programs and services that do not require a membership to purchase.

Forgot Your Password?

Participants or members who are FSU students or staff must utilize their FSU login and password to access Rec Connect.  Your password cannot be changed through Rec Connect or by Campus Recreation / Member Services. Please contact the FSU ITS Service Desk at 850-644-HELP for password assistance during normal business hours.

Participants or members who are not FSU students or staff may request a password reset by contacting Member Services Customer Service. Please note a response may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
