Roll Out 30

It is mobility training and myofascial release for the total body, all rolled into one class.  This quick 30 minute class will introduce a love-hate relationship with foam rollers and lacrosse balls.  Our instructors are Trigger Point Therapy Certified and bring knowledge and education on the “how-to” of working out the kinks.  Breathing technique will be emphasized and shoes are not required.
