This is the ultimate station-based interval class. Geared to give you a Total Body Conditioning workout, you’ll be focusing on testing your strength and muscular endurance and pushing your anaerobic threshold by introducing plyometrics, coordination drills, and sport specific exercises. Bringing a towel and a water bottle is highly recommended. If you want a REAL challenge, then this class is for you.
