XtremeFit is an explosive strength and conditioning fitness class that promotes overall fitness by utilizing one's own body weight exercises (pull-ups, push-ups, etc.), sprints and free weights. Every exercise can always be individually scaled and varied to any skill level, just come ready to WORK HARD!
