Virtual Personal Training
Need to spice up your home workout? Applications are now open for virtual personal training with our nationally-certified staff of personal trainers. Spots are limited. For more information, visit our Personal Training page.

In-Person Personal Training
With enhanced safety protocols, one of our nationally-certified personal trainers will guide you in safely reaching your specific fitness goals – basic fitness, strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, sport-specific training, and more. All sessions will be held in Private Personal Training Studios. For more information, visit our Personal Training page.

Start to Fitness
Start 2021 strong with Start to Fitness, a 10-week, small group personal training program for FSU students, faculty, and staff available both virtually and in-person! Registration is open from January 6 until January 22 through Fusion.

Beat the Trainer
Do you have what it takes to beat the trainer? Campus Recreation is introducing a brand new program this Spring that combines some of our personal trainers’ favorite fitness challenges, Tik Tok trends, workout moves, and more to let you try and BEAT THE TRAINER.

Challenges can be completed Monday – Thursday, 5:00 – 6:15 PM at the Leach for prizes and bragging rights. Reservations are required to participate. Think YOU can Beat the Trainer?

We’ve got an Outdoor adventure for you. 

Our Outdoor Recreation programs create unique experiences on-campus, at the Rez, and all across the Southeast. Each experience is built to develop new skills, enhance your appreciation of the wilderness, adapt to new and challenging situations, and build lifelong relationships.

Getting outdoors can be a great way to relax and recharge.  We’ve got plenty of ideas and tips to help you find an outdoor adventure or excursion that’s right for you while you’re away from campus.

Outdoor Rec: Virtual Programs

You don’t have to come to campus to enjoy the outdoors.  Get some ideas for around Tallahassee in our Explore Local video series with our Outdoor Recreation Coordinators, Sean & Sean, on YouTube and adapt them for where you are!

Looking for teambuilding in these virtual times?  We have Virtual Escape Room programs that are great teambuilding opportunities for groups of any size.  Check out our FSU Challenge programs to see what options we have that would benefit your team, group, or organization.

Feeling Zoom fatigue and want to get outside?  We offer both inexpensive Outdoor Pursuits trips and free Campus Adventures.  Outdoor Pursuit trips allow you to get out of Tallahassee and explore the great outdoors.  Campus Adventures are free, drop-in programs that meet on campus or at the Rez.  Visit our In-Person Rec Activities page for more information.

We’ve got a Sports experience for everyone. 

Play to win, play for fun, play year-round. Whether you’ve never played before, or you want to continue with your favorite sport, we have opportunities to get involved. Our two sport programs, Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs, offer different experiences and sport offerings.
