Programs & Services

Virtual Personal Training
Need to spice up your home workout? Applications are now open for virtual personal training with our nationally-certified staff of personal trainers. Spots are limited. For more information, visit our Personal Training page.

In-Person Personal Training
With enhanced safety protocols, one of our nationally-certified personal trainers will guide you in safely reaching your specific fitness goals – basic fitness, strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, sport-specific training, and more. Couch to 5K Challenge
Get moving with this six-week challenge designed to ease you into running. Take the journey alongside fitness coordinator Chris Byrne. Check out the challenge here.

We’ve got an Outdoors adventure for you. 

Our Outdoor Recreation programs create unique experiences on-campus, at the Rez, and all across the Southeast. Each experience is built to develop new skills, enhance your appreciation of the wilderness, adapt to new and challenging situations, and build lifelong relationships.

Getting outdoors can be a great way to relax and recharge.  We’ve got plenty of ideas and tips to help you find an outdoor adventure or excursion that’s right for you while you’re away from campus.

Outdoor Rec: Virtual Programs

You don’t have to come to campus to enjoy the outdoors.  Get some ideas for around Tallahassee in our Explore Local video series on YouTube and adapt them for where you are!

And, share your adventures and chat with our Outdoor Recreation Coordinators, Sean & Sean, in the Sean & Sean in the Great Outdoors show.  Watch for the Zoom show to return this fall to connect with fellow outdoor rec enthusiasts.

We’ve got a Sports experience for everyone. 

Play to win, play for fun, play year-round. Whether you’ve never played before, or you want to continue with your favorite sport, we have opportunities to get involved. Our two sport programs, Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs, offer different experiences and sport offerings. 

Join our esports leagues and tournaments, test your sports knowledge, or play fantasy football with Intramural Sports, virtually this fall!

Virtual Intramural Sports

Get in the game with virtual Intramural Sports this fall with offerings across various platforms and including a range of esports games, sports trivia nights, and fantasy sports including pick-em challenges and leagues.
