About the Class
This class spends half the time on the step for a cardio sweat session and the other half toning and firming with weights, cables, mats, balls, and your body weight. You’ll be working on your cardiovascular endurance and improving strength in all major muscle groups.
This is a walk-in class. Participants are accepted until the class reaches capacity. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time.Walk-In Class: No Registration Required
