About the Class
This 30 minute "core" workout utilizes the Resist-A-Ball to strengthen the abdominal and lower back muscles. There is no cheating in this class due to the stability ball making you work every single muscle fiber! Feel your abs for days and know you did your job!
A towel and a full water bottle are required.
Class check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time; no late entries are permitted.
