About the Class
A full-body strength and cardio workout; this class will challenge you with High Intensity Interval Training. Periods of work are alternated with short periods of rest and active recovery, all choreographed to follow the music. One of the most efficient ways to get your workout in!
This is a walk-in class. Participants are accepted until the class reaches capacity. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time.Walk-In Class: No Registration Required
