About the Class

If you love high intensity interval training, today’s music, and need to “shake” up your fitness routine, then give this class a try! H.I.I.T. the Beat mixes high and low intensity moves with popular music that makes you forget you are working out. This 45-minute class is guaranteed to amp up your exercise routine!

This is a walk-in class. Participants are accepted until the class reaches capacity. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
