About the Class
This class is a 45minute strength focused workout utilizing circuit and interval formats targeting all the muscles of your lower body. Some core and cardio may be included. Bring your own band for an extra challenge!
A towel and a full water bottle are required.
Class check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time; no late entries are permitted.
