About the Class

This is a power yoga class focusing on strength, endurance and stamina. Experience with sun salutations is recommended. This practice promotes breath work, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Power yoga also promotes sweating, so bring a towel!

Class check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the class start time.  Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time; no late entries are permitted.

Class registration begins 25 hours prior to class time via the FSU Rec mobile app.
