About the Class

Pure Step is a combo-based cardio workout designed to get your heart rate up and burn calories. Starting with basic sequences and progressively adding choreography, this class is physically and mentally engaging and open to all levels. Expect to leave feeling energized and accomplished after mastering the routine “from the top” to the end of the class. Pure Step, pure cardio!

This is a walk-in class. Participants are accepted until the class reaches capacity. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
