This dynamic class incorporates the TRX system in order to utilize your body weight as resistance to increase muscular strength and endurance. Easily modified or advanced, try this class for a total body workout for any level!
Class check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time; no late entries are permitted.
