About the Class

This yoga class is geared towards enhancing athletic performance, building better balance, preventing injury and increasing flexibility. For all levels of competitors or anyone looking to mix up their yoga practice.

Prior yoga experience recommended but not required.

Class check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the class start time.  Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time; no late entries are permitted.

Class registration begins 25 hours prior to class time via the FSU Rec mobile app.
