To enter any Campus Recreation facility, all participants shall meet the following guidelines.
Wear a Face Mask
Participants must wear a face mask at facility entry and when interacting with staff (indoors or outdoors), continue wearing their face mask in all indoor spaces including during a workout, and wear a mask outdoors when appropriate social distancing is not possible. Swimmers must have a face mask to enter the facility, but may remove it for swimming.
Have a Water Bottle
Participants must bring a water bottle to allow for proper hydration during their visit. Any resealable container is acceptable. Select facilities will sell bottled water, sports drinks, and water bottles. Touchless bottle filling stations or an alternative method of bottle filling with proper sanitization will be available at each facility. Use of bottle fillers without a water bottle will not be permitted as a sanitary issue.
Complete the Daily Wellness Check
Participants shall show the confirmation screen from the Daily Wellness Check in the myFSU app. As an alternative, participants may answer a Daily Wellness Check Questionnaire with staff at the facility entrance to gain access.
Scan or Show Current, Valid FSUCard
Participants shall self-scan the ID barcode from their FSU Rec app at the facility entrance to verify access eligibility. For those without access to the FSU Rec app, participants may show their FSUCard to facility staff to verify eligibility for access.

The Daily Wellness Check is in the myFSU app. Be sure to set your “persona” in the app as either student or faculty/staff. To set your “persona”, touch the person icon in the upper right of the home screen. Once you’re in either student or faculty/staff mode in the app, the Daily Wellness Check will appear at the top of the app screen.
Complete the Daily Wellness Check each morning, you’ll need to show your green check screen to our staff at the entrance. And, you’ll likely need it in other campus spaces. Once you complete the 3 questions in the app, the confirmation screen will appear anytime you return to the Check for that day, no need to complete the questions each time.
If you are unable to access the app, we will have you complete the questions in person with our staff. Using the app will speed up your entry into our facilities.
No, we won’t swipe it at this time. But, you’ll need to have it to show our staff OR have it loaded into the FSU Rec app. You can load your own card number by selecting the “Check-In” button on the home screen of the app and punching your 16-digit card number in. A barcode will appear that will be scanned for entry.
Once in the app, your card number is saved and you won’t need to get out your FSUCard for us. If you get a replacement card, you’ll also want to update the number in the app, it’s not automatic for Campus Rec.
