The Daily Wellness Check is in the myFSU app. Be sure to set your “persona” in the app as either student or faculty/staff. To set your “persona”, touch the person icon in the upper right of the home screen. Once you’re in either student or faculty/staff mode in the app, the Daily Wellness Check will appear at the top of the app screen.
Complete the Daily Wellness Check each morning, you’ll need to show your green check screen to our staff at the entrance. And, you’ll likely need it in other campus spaces. Once you complete the 3 questions in the app, the confirmation screen will appear anytime you return to the Check for that day, no need to complete the questions each time.
If you are unable to access the app, we will have you complete the questions in person with our staff. Using the app will speed up your entry into our facilities.
No, we won’t swipe it at this time. But, you’ll need to have it to show our staff OR have it loaded into the FSU Rec app. You can load your own card number by selecting the “Check-In” button on the home screen of the app and punching your 16-digit card number in. A barcode will appear that will be scanned for entry.
Once in the app, your card number is saved and you won’t need to get out your FSUCard for us. If you get a replacement card, you’ll also want to update the number in the app, it’s not automatic for Campus Rec.
