General Information

This job application is to be submitted by individuals who want to be considered for the Assistant Challenge Course Facilitator position.

Expectations of an applicant include the desire to learn more about safe and proper team building, have a welcoming and inclusive personality, and like to work outside. Assistant facilitators will utilize our escape room, initiative games, and our low challenge course elements to bring groups closer together. Facilitators will learn and utilize the art of “debriefing” to pull out experiences they observe while groups go through the programs and then further discuss them with the group. We call this experiential education. (Don’t worry, we will teach you all about that in training.) Upon completion of our assistant facilitator program, you will be eligible to participate in our high facilitator trainings and work on the high course.
