|15 Sports On The Summer 2014 Schedule
Summer B session kicks off our summer calendar with 6 sports ranging from soccer to bowling to softball. Highlights from our Summer C session include 4-on-4 flag football, kickball, and the return of an old sport, innter tube water polo. Check out these sports and more in our summer planner. Games begin as early as May 19th so don't miss out on the action.
Playoffs Continue For All Sports
Playoff brackets for all remaining Spring sports are now online. Softball and flag football are out at the Rec SportsPlex (map & directions) and dodgeball takes place in Tully Gym. Sand Volleyball action is at the Varisty Courts across from the soccer/softball complex on Spirit Way. New players can be added to your team during the playoffs simply by signing in with valid FSUCard prior to any match. Rosters lock at 12 Noon on the day of the league championship match (no additions that night.
Call 644-SAFE for the Rec Ride Shuttle to the Rec SportsPlex
Looking for transportation from the main campus to the Rec SportsPlex? Look no further than the new Rec Ride shuttle. It's FREE for FSU students. Starting Tuesday, March 18th, the Rec Ride will be available by request only after 7:00 pm on game nights. Just call 850-644-SAFE and ask for the Rec Ride for free shuttle service from anywhere on campus to the Rec SportsPlex. Plan ahead and call at least 1 hour prior to your game time to make sure you can be picked up and make it to the RSP in time to check-in and warm-up for your game. Looking for a team to join this season? IM Sports free agent registration is available at facebook. Link to our FSU Intramural Free Agents facebook group or simply search for it while you are on facebook. Simply join the group, then write on the wall to let people know what sport you want to play, your skill level and availability. Searching for players? Tips for Organizing a Team or Joining a Team

Rain? Check the Flag or Call the RainLine for Game Updates
Stormy afternoon? Call the IM RainLine at 850-645-RAIN (7246) before you head out to the fields to check the status of your game. The RainLine is updated, when necessary, by 5:00 pm on game days and throughout the evening when the rain arrives after play has begun. Or, at the Main Campus Fields, take a look at the flag. The MCF is open when the green flag is flying from the flagpole near the building. When the red flag is up, the fields are closed and all recreation is prohibited (practice, etc.). At the Rec SportsPlex, the gates will be closed and locked when the facility is closed due to wet weather. Persons using either facility when closed are subject to a citation from the FSU Police.
