About the Class

Like to do cardio on your own? Just looking for a quick core workout? This is the perfect complement to end or start your workout or try on a busy day! This 30-minute core workout focuses on the muscles from the shoulders to the hips to improve overall strength and endurance. Expect to leave feeling accomplished and empowered.

This is a walk-in class. Participants are accepted until the class reaches capacity. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
