The following rates are effective for spaces at the FSU Lakefront Park & Retreat Center.

- The Day Rate takes effect for rentals of 6 or more consecutive hours on the same day.
- For FSU Recognized Student Organizations, the first 2 hours of an In Season rental are free, then the hourly rate applies.
- * For Off Season rentals, the hourly rate applies to all rental groups. A 2-hour minimum rental period is required. A day rate is not available.
- Additional gate fees per non-student attendee available for advance purchase at discounted rates.

- The Day Rate takes effect for rentals of 6 or more consecutive hours on the same day.

- Exclusive park rentals include the park, pavilions, and retreat center and are inclusive of gate fees.
- Waterfront access and challenge course available for an additional charge. Staffing & other fees will be assessed separately.

- Staffing, clean-up, dumpster, and equipment storage fees are based on event type and scope.
- Security requirements determined by FSUPD
- % – Advance purchase of Gate Fee & Watercraft Rental is non-refundable, except for event cancellation.
- ^ – Facility Clean-Up Fee is assessed when the facility conditions are not returned to the original state by the renter at the conclusion of the rental.
- # – Equipment storage fee applies starting with the 3rd day following the conclusion of the event.
- Non-University Groups are subject to a 7.5% tax rate on select charges unless a Tax-Exempt Form is provided.
