About the Club
Our club is open to all skill levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to experienced boxers sharpening their technique. Companionship, continuous learning, and courage are all values that we try to instill in our members.
We offer instructional training sessions focused on proper form, footwork, conditioning, and ring strategy, all taught in a supportive, safety-first environment. Members can expect a mix of technical drills, cardio workouts, and sparring opportunities, designed to build confidence, fitness, and self-defense skills.
