F45 Training combines elements of high- intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training. View the F45 Workouts page for more details.
F45 Cardio on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
F45 specially curated cardio workouts will use plyometric movements, timing and tempo to blast both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, resulting in fat burning, muscle building and metabolism boosting sessions. These high energy sessions will really put your stamina and endurance to the test.
F45 Resistance on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Resistance training is an essential for building both muscle mass and bone density. F45 strength training sessions use functional movement patterns to help participants increase their muscle mass, and in turn, burn more calories every day, even at rest. Each resistance workout is designed to target power and stabilization for a solid base of functional strength, resulting in stronger, leaner, more defined muscles.
New Classes Everyday!
The class format for a particular day repeats throughout the day. So, Monday’s 12:30 class is the offered again that afternoon at 4:00 with the same workout. But, there’s a unique class every day of the week. With over a dozen cardio class formats, we’ll have a different cardio workout on Wednesday and another on Friday. The same for Resistance classes, Tuesday’s workout is different from Thursday’s workout.

F45 at the FMC
F45 classes are held in the Fitness & Movement Clinic, Campus Rec’s smaller fitness facility located on the 2nd level of the the Mary B. Coburn Health and Wellness Center.
Please note the Fitness & Movement Clinic enforces a dress code policy. View the FMC dress code policy to make sure you are in the proper attire for your F45 workout.
Advance registration for F45 classes is available through the FSU Rec app. Registration opens 25 hours prior to the class start time.
F45 classes are high-demand and space-limited. If you are unable to make your reservation, please cancel your spot in-app to allow for others to sign up. Read more about our F45 class registration process and penalties for no-showing for a class.
F45 Class Pricing
F45 classes are FREE for current FSU students. Simply register in the FSU Rec app.
Non-students including FSU faculty & staff, retirees, and affiliate members must purchase a FIT+ Pass to register for F45. Passes are sold by the semester. In addition to access to F45, the FIT+ Pass permits advance registration of up to 73 hours for F45 and any other advance-registration group fitness classes via the FSU Rec app. Learn more about the FIT+ Pass.
Passes are not currently sold for an individual class.
