Come out to the FSU Lakefront Park for a day of relaxation or recreation. The lakefront offers swimming, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, picnicking, beach volleyball, a recreation hall with game tables, and more! Need a ride? Call the Leach Center at 850-644-0548 to catch one of our Rec Rides to and from the park. Available Saturdays and Sundays only.

Passes & Fees
Gate Entry Fees
- FSU students and Campus Recreation members with valid FSUCard – FREE!
- Ages 16 and up – $5.00
- Ages 7 to 15 – $2.00
- Kids 6 and under – FREE!
Children 15 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Park access is limited to open park hours. Individuals who attempt to enter the park during closed hours are guilty of trespassing and will be prosecuted accordingly.
Watercraft Rentals
- FSU students and Campus Recreation members with valid FSUCard – FREE!
- Canoe / Kayak / Stand Up Paddleboard – $10.00
- Sailboats – $15.00
All patrons, both students and guests, must take a pass a sailing clinic in order to rent sailboats.
Climbing Wall
- FSU students and Campus Recreation members with valid FSUCard – FREE!
- Guests – $3.00
Climbers must have closed-toe shoes to climb the wall.
General Use Policies
- FSU students, faculty, and staff must present valid FSUCard ID when requested by any Campus Recreation staff member.
- Guests (non-FSU students) are subject to an admission fee to enter the property for use.
- Children 15 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
- No pets, alcohol, tobacco, glass containers, or weapons are permitted at any Campus Recreation facility.
- Appropriate attire is required of all participants and attendees. Specific footwear may be required for activities at the Lakefront Park.
- Scaling and jumping any fence throughout the facility is not permitted.
- When the combined air and water temperatures of the FSU Lakefront Park are less than 100 degrees F, the water will be closed. No waterfront rentals nor swimming will be allowed.
- Personal motorized watercraft may not be launched from the FSU Lakefront Park property.
- All patrons must follow the instructions given by Campus Recreation staff members. Violators are subject to ejection and suspension from the facility and other Campus Recreation programs, services, and facilities.
