About the Class

Whether you’re looking for an introduction to weights or to spice up your current routine, Total Body Sculpt is for you! The workout concentrates on all major muscle groups using body weight, steps, body bars, tubes, and light dumbbells to provide varying resistance. We promise a total body workout!

This is a walk-in class. Participants are accepted until the class reaches capacity. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
