Meet our Trainers! 

Each of our trainers embarks in a rigorous educational program in order to prepare them to be Certified Personal Trainers. They all are CPR/First Aid Certified as well as hold a nationally ranked certification from either the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), or the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Some hold other certifications that specialize in certain programming which may include, USA- Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW-1) or Functional Movement Systems Level 1 (FMS-1). Any of our trainers are more than qualified to train you, if you find one you feel you could connect with, feel free to write their name down on your Personal Training Application next to "Preferred Trainer".

Major: B.S. in Dietetics, pursuing a Master's in Exercise Physiology; Minor in Sports Nutrition

Hometown: Lakenheath, UK

Trainer Philosophy: My goal with every client I train is to make them feel empowered, confident, and capable. I find what type of things make my clients feel strong and happy, whether it be lifting heavy weights, running, or dancing, and fit these activities to their goals. I've trained people with many different goals from all different backgrounds and age groups.

Trainer Philosophy: I balance my training style between cheerleader and drill sergeant in order to provide healthy individuals and those with medically controlled diseases to reach their personal goals. Together we will optimize your strength, flexibility, and cardio by tailoring a program just for you. I want you to become the strongest and healthiest version of yourself! 


Major: Cyber Criminology

Hometown: Cocoa Beach, FL

Trainer Philosophy: My style of training is a happy medium between drill sergeant and cheerleader, with high priority on technique followed by strength. Though I consider myself a versatile trainer, my strong points come with coaching the olympic and power lifts. I believe in showing not only what exercises to do, but why we do them so that they can be taken and applied to anything in life!

Major: Civil Engineering; Minor: French Language

Hometown: Delray Beach, FL

Trainer Philosophy: I train to make sure that my clients not only achieve their goals in a safe way, but so that they learn through the process and can make lifelong changes. I enthusiastically push my clients and believe in them, even when they doubt themselves. If you're in it for the long run and want a cheerleader with the knowledge to help, I'm your trainer!

Hometown: Cooper City, FL

Trainer Philosophy: I tailor my training style to each client, after determining what works best for them. I love incorporating super sets and circuit training into my programs! My motivation for you to get into the gym is this: Consistency is key. Show up everyday and the results will come. 



Major: Psychology and Social Work

Trainer Philosophy: My style of training is the cheerleader type all the way! I love to encourage people and celebrate their accomplishments in the gym. I believe that fitness can be incredibly rewarding and a lot of fun, so I like to demonstrate that by bringing energy, passion, and enthusiasm to every session!

Trainer Philosophy: I Emphasize  functional training, balance, and mobility in my programs. Placing importance on long term lifestyle changes through consistent and structured exercise. My specialty is with injuries and sedentary individual.

Trainer Philosophy: Emphasis on Functional Training making everyday activities easier for the normal person.  Insightful background knowledge on Cardiovascular Fitness and Endurance related events. Will work hard, but in a safe manner to achieve personal goals and get you working towards an overall healthier lifestyle.



Major: Hospitality

Hometown: Coral Springs, FL

Trainer Philosophy: My training style primarily consists of strength training using free weights and machines. The gym can be an intimidating place so my goal is to make you comfortable and confident not only in the gym but also with yourself.

Trainer Philosophy: I believe hard work is the best way to reach your goals. Pushing yourself every workout will not only have you feeling great, but also show results quickly. My training method aligns with old school, tried and true methods of weightlifting because they have been around for a long time for a reason: they work.

Trainer Philosophy: I think the biggest secret to reaching your goals is by having fun! If you think you can do it, you've passed the hardest part! I also find that watching Netflix is more fun on the treadmill.

Trainer Philosophy: I believe that when you don't want to work out is most assuredly the time you should work out. Lift heavy always, no matter your goals. Wellness comes before anything, so I always make sure my clients are exercising in ways that better their overall health and not in ways that could potentially harm them.

Trainer Philosophy: I strongly believe that fitness should be enjoyable in order to create consistency. My goal is to safely improve strength and endurance to help my clients live a healthy lifestyle while achieving their fitness goals.

Trainer Philosophy: Whether your goal is to lose weight or build mass- I am YOUR guy. I have a passion for fitness and I want to not only help you reach your goals, but help you fall in love with the process. I'm going to make you work your butt off, you'll be drenched in sweat, but the results will be worth it.
