NoleFit High Intensity Interval Training

What is NoleFit?  It's just the BEST total body workout you can get in 45 minutes or less!  The HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class is explosive and dynamic functional training with up to 24 people. Led by certified coaches, participants take part in suspension training and agility drills along with specialized equipment including Bulgarian bags, core bags and kettlebells to get a great workout.  High intensity work is spaced with rest intervals for an optimal 45 minutes of training.

Classes are $9 each if you want to pay per class.  Or, you can purchase an Unlimited Pass for $69 per 6-week session that allows you to take one class per day for an unlimited number of days throughout the session.

One Time Pass

1. Purchase a NoleFit One Time pass on Rec Connect or buy one in-person at the Member Services Desk at the Leach Center or FMC. Print your pass from Rec Connect or hold on to your receipt from an in-person purchase.  All passes have a 6-digit number printed on them. You may also use a digital version of your pass (see below).

2. Review the group fitness class schedule for NoleFit class times. Reserve your space in a NoleFit One Time class starting 25 hours in advance of the class time in the FSU REC app.  A pre-purchased pass is NOT required to reserve a space; you may pay online after reserving a space or pay upon arrival at the Leach Center (please allow for extra time to complete your purchase prior to the start of the class).

3. Arrive on time to check-in for your class. All attendees must be present 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to check-in. If you're not there, your spot in that class can be given away to a person in the standby line.

4. If you printed your pass from an online purchase or have your printed pass from an in-person purchase, simply give your pass to the staff at studio entrance at check-in for entry. If you only have a digital version of your NoleFit One Time pass, please be prepared to use a mobile device to show your emailed pass to the staff at the studio entrance at check-in to enter the class.

The fine print about NoleFit One Time Passes:

  • One Time Passes are not class time specific, therefore you can purchase a pass or passes in advance to hold for when you are ready to use them.
  • All One Time Passes expire at the end of the semester in which they are purchased. No refunds are given.
  • One Time Passes are not person specific, therefore you can buy passes for friends or give your passes to other students and Campus Rec members.
  • Should you reserve a space in a class but fail to attend, your pass remains good for a future NoleFit class session in the same semester.
  • Please note if you reserve a space in a class and fail to attend the class or cancel the reservation, you may be subject to restrictions on future advance reservations.
  • Leach Center guests (non-students and non-members) must purchase a Guest Pass separately for entry into the facility in addition to the One Time Pass for a NoleFit class ($17-$19 in total).
