Workout of the Day
Workout of the Day (WOD) will consist of a few dynamic exercises performed for a set number of rounds. The workout could last anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. You set the pace and intensity and finish on your own time. For a quick and efficient workout, come try the WOD.
