Wednesday: Metronome Push-Ups** in the Leach Atrium, 4pm-6pm

Wednesday: 90-Minute Spin at 5:30: Pre-Register through a Spinning Instructor


Faculty & Staff: Try Start to Fitness 2.0

Start to Fitness 2.0, our faculty and staff small group training, is back for the fall semester! This 10-week small group personal training offering is exclusively for FSU Faculty and Staff Campus Recreation members. Sessions begin the second week of September. Group Fitness Cancellation & Standby Line

Signing up on Rec Connect for limited access classes is easy, sometimes showing up is hard! Please remember to cancel at least 1 hour before the class by using our group fitness cancellation form.  While a class might show as full online, it might have spaces (due to cancellations and no shows). You can show up and go the standby route!  Be in line outside the studio 15 minutes prior to class time and you'll have a chance to get an open space!
