Signing up on Rec Connect for limited access classes is easy, sometimes showing up is hard! Please remember to cancel at least 1 hour before the class by using our group fitness cancellation form. While a class might show as full online, it might have spaces (due to cancellations and no shows). You can show up and go the standby route! Be in line outside the studio 15 minutes prior to class time and you'll have a chance to get an open space!

If a class looks full online, don't forget we have the Stand-By Line option. If you show-up 15 minutes prior to class time, you may be able to claim a vacant spot from a no-show or late cancellation. There seem to be a few cancellations for every sign-up class on the schedule!
